Gaining Life Skills to Live
a Drug-Free Life

Through completing the Narconon Program, I have gained the skills I need to live a drug and alcohol-free life.

But much more than that I have gained back all of the things I never thought I would get back again—self-respect, integrity, confidence, clarity, self-pride, control, dignity, worthiness and most of all, the ability to nurture myself again.

Through each part of the program, I’ve had huge insights of myself and all that surrounds me.

I have been able to let go of the past turmoils that consumed me and had led me to the point of giving up. Instead, I have great clarity on the goals and paths that I must keep on, to live a happy life, without the need for substance use.

The program has treated me as a whole, body and mind, not as an affliction which is diseased for life. I came to Narconon feeling I was broken, in a million little pieces, beyond any repair. I was wrong. Everything is repairable. I am.

I have back the gift of my life and the ability to experience and feel happiness every day, in the here and now.

It has been an amazing journey of self-discovery.

I leave here with a great sense of who I am and excitement for every day that my future holds.
