I Feel a lot Beter About Myself

Wrinting down the harmful acts I had done against others and myslef was hard at first. It has brought up alot of emotions (sadness, anger). I started to think and remember things that I haven’t thought or spoken about in a very long time. 
But after getting it all off my chest and on paper I felt alot better about myself. I’m looking forward to the next part of this course and being ready to live again.
