Seeing How Drugs Influence Life

Writing down all my harmful acts of the past, while in the Narconon program, is very confronting, you don't see how bad they influence self, family and friends whilst using drugs, so many done during this time.

Looking at these harmful acts, it does help you see how changing your thoughts and actions can have a better outcome for the people around you.

Does feel better finishing them.
