Now I Realise What Affects Me and I Can Avoid the Point of No Control

Before I started my Objectives I was a very anxious person, I couldn’t confront situations, I was never in present time, so I was always dwelling on things that I couldn't deal with at that exact moment and that would effect my day.
Now I can realise what affects me and makes me anxious and I can stop myself from getting to the point of no control and all of this makes me proud and very happy which makes me calm.
So now I can go on with my day, my week, in a civilised way.
