One of the Most Rewarding Parts of the Narconon Program Is…

I have found the Personal Values and Integrity course to be challenging, but overall one of the most rewarding parts of the program. In writing the harmful acts I have done and confronting the mistakes I have made in my past, I now see a way forward and feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

In facing up to all of the bad things I have done over the years, I now see how I can avoid making those mistakes again.

I have also realised that alcohol and drugs played a huge part in a lot of these mistakes I made in the past and that avoiding these substances is a major way I can take responsibility for my past actions and avoid making the same mistakes again.
