These exercises help bring the student into communication with others and with the present environment, extroverting the student’s attention from disturbing memories associated with drug use and enabling the student to achieve a wider perspective that is less subjective and more objective.

Proud of Myself that I Completed the Sauna
The time I spent in the sauna had a lot of ups and downs. I honestly thought at the start that I wouldn't even get out of there. I am very proud of myself that I stuck through it and completed it . Extremely frustrating at the start but I can understand now why people do sauna and its benefits.
