A Lot About Me Has Changed for the Better

In my time during Objectives, I found certain drills difficult and hard to understand. Mostly because when you start, a lot of them are not easy. But it’s only when I got further through, I had a bit of a ’light bulb moment’ and everything started to fall together for me.
I was a lot different before Objectives, for a person like me doing this part of the Narconon Program was definitely essential to my recovery. I’m a lot more patient, understanding, calm and it was just great to be able to open up at certain times and get certain things off my chest.
I can feel it within myself, that a lot about me has changed for the better and being told that by others is a great feeling also.
I’ll be forever grateful for doing this for myself and for the staff persisting with me.
Thank you :)
