Writing down all my harmful acts of the past , while in the Narconon program, is very confronting, you don't see how bad they influence self, family and friends whilst using drugs, so many done during this time.
The Narconon program hasn’t been easy, but works really well. I never thought I would be able to find a natural alternative to painkillers and I thought it was only going to get worse for me. Now I feel there’s no way I want to go back to that and each part of the program has helped me achieve this.
My experience in withdrawal was very successful for me. I am able to control my thoughts a lot more and feel calm and relaxed. It also helped me to sleep a lot easier and consistently. The main successful part was confronting.

Completing the Ups and Downs course has given me a much greater insight into the people in my life and clarity in the type of people and environment in which I need to surround myself.
